Our Vision
The agency model is not broken by accident.
That world no longer exists.
And yet most agencies are still operating as though it's 2010.
We see a different future.
What we are building toward
Our north star
The invitation
If you believe, as we do, that your business deserves a smarter, faster, more honest approach to growth — we'd like to talk.
Not about what AI can theoretically do for your industry. About what Cortexa can specifically do for your business — right now, this quarter, with measurable outcomes and no lock-in.
That conversation starts with a free 30-minute strategy call.

Cortexa is built on five structural values.
They are not aspirations, slogans, or marketing copy.
They are operational commitments embedded in every contract, every engagement,
every line of content the agency publishes. Each value sits behind a verifiable structural
choice the business has made — and each value functions as a decision filter when
When a difficult conversation needs to happen, the values authorise it. When a commercial
decision is unclear, the values resolve it. When content is being written, the values shape it.
When in doubt, return to these five before returning to anything else.
1. Honesty over comfort
We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.
If a prospect's current marketing is working, we say so — even when they came to us looking for reasons to change. If a campaign is underperforming, we name the cause specifically rather than hedging in language that protects our retainer. If something is uncertain, we say "I don't know" rather than manufacturing a confident answer.
Comfortable agency relationships rarely produce uncomfortable commercial truths. Cortexa is built to deliver the second, not the first. Every piece of content, every email, every conversation should be capable of carrying genuinely uncomfortable observations when the situation requires it.
What this means for content:
• Acknowledge what the reader already suspects but no one has named
• Use specific numbers and concrete examples — vague claims protect no one
• Admit uncertainty when it is genuine ("I don't know" is brand-on)
• Refuse to overstate results, capability, or certainty for commercial reasons
2. Transparency as commercial structure
Transparency is not a marketing claim. It is contractual structure.
Every Cortexa client sees what is working in real time. No monthly PDF reports designed to obscure performance. No quarterly review meetings full of curated metrics. No information asymmetry between agency and client. Live dashboards show every campaign metric, ranking trend, and pipeline contribution at the same moment we see them.
The contracts are short and readable. The commission policy is zero.
The reporting is real-time. Every structural element of the business is built to make transparency mechanical rather than promised.
3. Accountability without lock-in
We earn the next month's fee every month.
Cortexa works on month-to-month commercial terms with 30 days notice to cancel any service. No exit fees. No notice periods that extend beyond a single billing cycle. No contractual mechanisms that protect us from leaving.
The structural consequence is that we have to be worth keeping every month, not just at the point of sale. This is the only commercial structure that genuinely aligns agency incentives with client outcomes. It is also the structure most other agencies actively avoid because it makes their work harder, not easier.
4. Alignment instead of commission
When you spend money on advertising, every dollar goes to the platform.
Cortexa charges no commission, no markup, and no percentage on client media spend at any time. The amount on the Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok invoice is the amount that goes to the platform.
The structural consequence is that Cortexa has no hidden incentive to inflate client ad budgets. We only earn more when clients genuinely choose to invest more — not because we are quietly skimming a percentage off every dollar they spend. The industry standard is 10-20% commission. Cortexa rejects the model entirely.
What this means for content:
• Name the industry-standard commission practice explicitly
• Refuse to soften critique of agencies that take undisclosed commission
• Frame zero-commission as structural integrity, not a discount
• Use specific dollar examples when explaining how commission inflation works
5. Direct access, not managed access
You talk to the founder. The founder runs the work.
Cortexa is founder and partner-led on every engagement. No junior account managers running the actual work. No senior strategists at the pitch followed by handover at signing. No layered escalation paths that delay decisions and dilute thinking.
The structural consequence is that the person doing the strategic thinking is the person clients can call directly. This is a structural choice that limits how Cortexa can scale, and that limitation is itself part of the commercial proposition.
