How long does it take to build my website?

We hit these timelines because we use AI-accelerated workflows combined with proven design templates, refined by an experienced human strategist. Most traditional agencies take 8–16 weeks for the same scope. We don't.

Do I need to provide all the content, images, and copy?

You can if you want to — but most of our clients don't have everything ready, which is completely normal. Our process includes a structured content brief that captures everything we need from you, and we use AI-powered content generation refined by human strategy to fill in the rest. If you have brand assets, photos, or existing copy, we'll use them. If you don't, we'll create them.

Can you write all the copy for me?

Yes. Every Cortexa Launch package includes professionally written, brand-aligned page copy. Our writing combines AI-accelerated drafting with experienced human editing — you get content that's clear, conversion-focused, and genuinely written for your audience.

What if I don't like the first version?

Every package includes revisions — Starter includes 1 round, Growth includes 2 rounds, and Scale includes 3 rounds. We work collaboratively from the start, so the first version is built off a detailed brief and rarely lands far off the mark. Additional revisions beyond your package allowance can be added at our standard hourly rate.

No. Every website is built around your brand, your industry, your audience, and your specific business goals. It's secure, scalable, and easy to maintain — which means you're not locked into a niche platform that depends on your agency for every change.

Can I edit my website myself once it's live?

Yes. We hand over a fully editable site with admin access and a short training session showing you how to update content, swap images, add blog posts, and make basic changes. You're never locked out of your own website.

Do I own my website after the project is finished?

Yes, completely. The domain, hosting account, and all content are in your name. If you ever decide to leave Cortexa, the website goes with you. No lock-in. No hostage situations.

About cost and value

How much does a website cost?

Our packages start at $1,500 + GST for Cortexa Launch Starter (up to 5 pages, live in 7 days). Growth packages from $3,000 + GST and Scale packages from $5,000 + GST cover more complex requirements. Every package is fixed-price with no hidden fees and no scope-creep surprises — what's quoted is what you pay.

Why are you cheaper than other Melbourne agencies?

We're not actually cheaper — we're more efficient. Most agencies still build websites manually using the same workflows they used in 2010. We've redesigned the process around AI-accelerated production combined with senior human direction. The end result is the same quality at a fraction of the timeline — which lets us pass the savings to you.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Cortexa Launch projects are typically split into two payments — 50% at project kickoff, 50% on launch. Larger projects can be split across three payments by arrangement.

About what happens after launch

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. We offer optional monthly maintenance retainers from $150/month covering hosting management, security updates, content tweaks, and basic support. Most clients add this to give them peace of mind without having to manage anything themselves.

Can you also handle SEO, paid ads, and content marketing once my site is live?

Yes — that's what most of our clients do. Cortexa Launch is the entry point. Once your site is live, we offer ongoing services including AI-driven SEO (Cortexa Signal), paid media management (Cortexa Pulse), content strategy (Cortexa Mind), and live performance analytics (Cortexa Atlas). We can also bundle Launch and an ongoing service for better combined value.

What if my business needs change after launch?

Your website should grow with your business. We can add pages, integrate new tools, expand functionality, or rebuild sections at any time. As an existing client, you'll always get priority scheduling and preferred pricing for additional work.

About working with Cortexa

Are there any lock-in contracts?

No. Cortexa Launch is a fixed-scope, fixed-fee project — there's nothing to lock you into beyond the project itself. If you choose to add an ongoing maintenance retainer or any of our other services afterwards, all retainers are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. Ever.

Where are you based?

Cortexa Solutions is based at Level 27, 101 Collins Street, Melbourne, and we work with clients across Australia. Most of our work is delivered remotely, but we're happy to meet face-to-face for clients in Melbourne who prefer in-person sessions.
